Painter – 6 yo, 17.1H, ClydexHackneyxTB gelding. True black with a blaze and a sock. You won’t find a horse with a more striking presence! Big, black, beautiful and kind! This horse meets you at the gate every single time. Painter has a great foundation in dressage, he got two blue ribbons at his first dressage show with scores in the high 60s, at training 1 and 2 (It was also his first time off the farm!). He hacks out the best and has just started his jump training and is showing textbook form over fences. He’s had one BN event under his belt with 8s on his trot work and a clean xc and stadium round. He has also been on a hunt ride with 30+ horses and could not have been quieter! Tip toed down steep going, splashed through water, did not spook at cattle bursting through the trees or a herd of horses galloping in a field. He will quickly make up into the most fantastic field hunter! He is kind and quiet and very, very trainable. He is truly suitable for anything you want to do, dressage, eventing, fox hunting and you will stand out doing it! A once in a lifetime kind of horse.
